This is an interesting take on the word for the day. It is a nice picture.

It would be great if all of the loudness and noise would stop long enough for us to focus on the peaceful sounds of nature.
I like the picture. It is like the old pier is dividing the water and the sky. Some of the posts almost look like water fairies dancing.

Yes, I agree with Suzanne. If only we could stop and really, really listen for once to the whispering winds, rolling waves, and rustling leaves. Wouldn’t it be great? Lovely haiku, Davy!
