Great image Davy – ‘Cartridge Kisses Shatter’! .. and a clever graphic to accompany it. Is that something you were able to build with your software?

Thank you Roland. It was a part image taken from a free image site and I was able to play around with it on Canva.

OK, Thanks. You mentioned Canva to me. I haven’t managed to try it yet.
Oh boy! Won’t that be extremely painful?
I’m enjoying your posts very much and am gaining a lot of inspiration too 🙂
Thank you NJ. I am glad to be of any help. I appreciate you taking time out to enjoy and comment 🙂
Ohhhh …and a lot more ohhhsss…
Beautifully painful imagery Davy..
Thank you Mich. That is power of love 🙂
Thank you Sarah 🙂
I love it, Davy! The thought of all those kisses –
Thank you Laura. I am glad you liked it 🙂
I agree with Mich. This definitely painted a painful image. *sighs*
You’re starting to torment us hopeless romantics, D. BUT in a beautiful, heartbreaking way.
Ah but Maria, maybe this poem is one of unrequited love 🙂 The torment will ease as the challenge progresses (in parts) Thanks again for taking time out to comment.
Now this was very interesting, Davy–because the cartridge kisses shattering the heart could either mean breaking the heart–or shattering all the lies that one doesn’t deserve love, can’t be loved; breaking through the wall so that one can finally give in and except love, and love in return ❤ I read it as possibly hopeful…and for me, hope itself is a giant leap in the romantic realm! 🙂
It was written from a hopeful perspective Delyn. That is the beauty of poetry. We enter it from our own perspectives and take from it what ever we want. Thanks for reading and taking time out to comment 🙂
I really enjoyed it, as I do all your posts, Davy–even if sometimes I miss the subtle points 🙂
I very much doubt there are any subtle points in my poems Delyn. I am like a builder with a sledgehammer 🙂
Well, I’ve had to read through the comments a few times to get the full gist–I chock it up to my own ignorance 🙂
Never Delyn. The reader always has the final say 🙂
That’s a generous view point, you are ever the gentleman, Davy!! 🙂
Thank you Delyn 🙂
Most welcome, Sir 🙂
