Haha, LOVE it, Davy–you’re a master of subtle wit, and apparently the limerick form as well. Completely off topic, I’m wondering if you happened to see the movie, “The Grudge”–an Asian horror flick? And if so, what you thought of it… 🙂 I have it on now–very bizarre and seems hard to follow… (and there’s a sequel Grudge 2).

Thank you Stella your kind words are appreciated. The Grudge!!!!!!! I enjoy the Horror genre and rate the Grudge as one of the best. There is also a Grudge 3 and they are all worth watching. The Japanese do have a great skill in the making of horror movies.

You’re most welcome, Davy–and thanks for speaking about The Grudge. I couldn’t really understand the story/meaning of it…though I give it points for cinematography.

I don’t think there is too much to challenge the mind Stella, it is just meant to scare the pants off you :0

Well, it didn’t scare me enough, I guess–though I loved all the swirls of black hair…you knew a scare was coming! There was another movie on last night, but I couldn’t get into it–“The Reaping”–are you familiar with that one? Hilary Swank stars in it.

I don’t remember seeing that one Stella. I will put it on my list 🙂

Right now there’s a foreign film on (dubbed language) called “The Nameless” (1999)–seems more intriguing than the last 2 we discussed 🙂 Which reminds me that I wanted to ask you about “Slenderman”–the Internet bogeyman–are you familiar with this phenomenon so popular with young teens, particularly? I think it’s positively demonic…watched the documentary about 2 US girls (12 years old) who are going on trial for attempted murder of their friend, after becoming consumed by Slenderman’s influence. The documentary is called “Beware the Slenderman”–and I watched it, thinking it was just another horror movie, didn’r realize at first that it was all true…very disturbing.

Delightful piece, D! 🙂

I wonder if Rita has found
The perfect rhythm and sound
Or was at the wine she was drowned?

Good one, Davy. (Better not say ‘Nice One!’) . I seem to remember the Beatles once fashioning a song out of ‘Rita’ and ‘meter’ too.

Choices? Poetry or Wine? Sounds like a server? Sounds like Rita preferred wine first and poetry second. Perhaps that is a better process for writing – wine first? Ha! You will have to let us know if Rita ever found the right metre. Well done!!!
