Davy, this happens to me all the time, especially when it’s time to go to bed. I love the imagery of all those thoughts splattered everywhere.

I know Laura. I have tried for years to meditate but more often then not end up more frustrated than when I started lol. How do you overcome this Laura?

I don’t actually meditate in the way people usually think of, at least not much. I’ve heard that it’s OK to fail at it. You just keep hopping back on the meditating horse. Does that make any sense at all? It’s 2:30 a.m. here, and I think my brain is going all fuzzy. 🙂

I suppose it means different things to different people Laura. Many years ago I bought the books, CDs etc. Can anyone ever have a clear mind. The meditation masters take up to 40 years to achieve the state. I am sticking with head banging lol 🙂

I echo your thoughts. How interesting it is to find where our minds wander, isn’t it?

. . . but where would Banksy be without his brick walls!? Perhaps we need a few in our lives to goad us on. Thanks for your thoughtful meditation, Davy.

There are those days…perfectly captured. I love the image of the feather on the water, even something so light can cause ripples. Beautiful.

WOW, powerfully good, Davy. I wonder if the season has anything to do with my mind feeling like a tangled ball of old string…
